My role bridges strategy and storytelling: identifying acquisition and collaboration opportunities with English-language broadcasters across the U.S., Hong Kong, China, Central Asia, and beyond; while shaping the creative and cultural direction of 365’s content slate.

Overseeing the network’s expansion roadmap, I manage cross-border negotiations, regulatory licensing, and deal structuring — with a focus on integrating global standards into local relevance. Also responsible for elevating the 365 brand across platforms through bold, audience-first narratives and aesthetic excellence.

Through this process of derivation, the counsellor can increase individual’s self-awareness and map future career opportunities for them.
